National Certificate for Designated Premises Supervisor

This qualification incorporates a wide variety of topics that support and promote the the responsible retailing of alcohol and includes other relevant legislation and best practice. Candidates are advised to complete the NCPLH prior to doing this qualification. For further info call 0845 2419171

New Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Retail or Catering

The CIEH have launched this new qualification to replace the old Certificate in food safety.

These courses are now available from ourselves. This is part of the initiative from the CIEH to aim the qualification at the different sectors of the industry

Those people wishing to return to the licensed trade after a break and hold the old qualification, will now need to obtain the new licensing qualification to be able to sell alcohol.

The new qualification, The National Certificate for Licensees (Drug Awareness) is now available with TLC.
